Tea Talks

Tea Talks are community-based sharing circles grounded in traditional Indigenous ways of being. They offer a safe, sacred space for community members to connect, share their stories, and support one another in a holistic journey of wellness and mutual understanding.

Sage Smudge Stick

Traditional Ways

In our Tea Talks, we honor the wisdom of our ancestors through traditional sharing circles. These gatherings often begin with smudging with sage—a sacred medicine used to clear the mind and heart, creating a safe space for healing conversation. Every practice is rooted in deep respect and consent; participants are always invited to take part in a way that feels comfortable and right for them. By nurturing these cultural foundations, we strengthen our individual spirits and our collective bond as a community.

Mental Healing

Attendees can expect a peaceful environment focused on clarity and mental rest. We share stories to help unburden the mind and find traditional perspectives on modern stresses.

These circles are designed to facilitate holistic recovery, offering a safe space for community empowerment and personal growth across all aspects of well-being.

Healing Gatherings

Emotional Healing

The community gathers to provide emotional support in a trauma-informed way. It is a space for release, where every feeling is honored and held with respect by the circle.

Spiritual Healing

Connection to traditional values and Indigenous identity strengthens our spirits. Healing gatherings include cultural practices that help restore our sacred connection to the land and community.
